Micheal Bolton

Micheal has been with Chicago Title since January 2002. He has been in the
title industry for 26 years specializing in national and statewide commercial
orders as well as commercial and residential construction. Micheal is an
underwriter for Chicago Title operations in Michigan. He earned his Associates
of Science degree from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and his Bachelor of
Science from the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio. He is involved
with the Michigan Home Builders Association and the Michigan Land Title Association.

Tom Kramer

Tom received his B.S. from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan.
He began his career with Title Bond and Mortgage Company in 1971 while still
in high school as a mapmaker. He has been with Chicago Title since 1995 and
holds the title of Senior Commercial Specialist. Tom’s day to day duties include
the researching, examining, survey readings and policy production of all commercial title files.

Dorothy Stanton

Dorothy has been in the title industry for over 14 years. Dorothy works very closely
with Chicago Title's National Business Accounts both locally and nationally and is well
known in the major NBU commercial centers throughout the United States. In addition
to coordinating transactions she is involved in placing search requests, customer
service and commitment production.

Ron Wiegerink

Ron has been with Chicago Title of Michigan since July of 2003. He began his career in the
title industry in 1998 working for another title company in Michigan as a residential and
commercial examiner. He later worked at Huntington Title Services from 2000 to 2003 as
both an examiner and manager for statewide operations.. He graduated with his B.A. from
Hope College in 1992 and received his J.D. from Valparaiso University in 1997. He was admitted
to the Michigan Bar in 2005 and attends both the Young Lawyers and Real Property Law section
committees. Ron is responsible for commitment production and pro-forma policy requests from
national accounts and offices. He also serves as one of Chicago Title of Michigan underwriters.

April Holm

April has been in the title industry for 18 years. She started her career as an escrow clerk and
has learned all aspects of the business including examining, title plant and escrow.
She joined Chicago Title in 2006 as Commercial Escrow Officer. April received her Associates Degree
as a Paralegal from Davenport College. She handles all escrow matters for the commercial
division from local through and including national accounts.

Karn has been with Chicago Title since February 2002 focusing on Commercial Construction and overseeing
residential construction. She attended Western Michigan University and Davenport College with an
emphasis in Business Administration. She began her career as a branch manager of an architectural
firm for 13 years and then moved to a title company in 1992 with responsibilities in commercial and
residential construction and general/escrow accounting for 9 years. Karn's overall experience has
encompassed all facets of the construction process and she has been in the title-related industry
for over 30 years. Her expertise is well known and sought after by developers, lenders, attorneys and
builders throughout Michigan.

Tina joined Chicago Title's Construction Department in April 2005 after receiving her associate's degree
from Kalamazoo Valley Community College Her main responsibilities include customer service, construction
endorsements and issuing residential construction title policies. Her attention to detail have made
her a favorite of many builders and lenders in Michigan.
